Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have not been accidentally damaged or altered in anyway. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bougieevents.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will be required to bring the item(s) back to the shop for an inspection and a replacement or credit note will be issued.

Refunds

We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.
